Our founding story is still being shaped for the public page. The part that matters today is simple: we care about small shops, family teams, and local operators who have put years of life into their business and deserve systems that respect that effort.
We bring operational efficiency, AI, automation, websites, intake paths, and follow-through systems without talking down to the people who built the business. The relationship comes first. The tools earn their place.

Where we work
Most Bootstraps Works projects can happen remotely anywhere in the United States. For local sessions, in-person consultation is limited to Denton, Dallas, Fort Worth, and surrounding Texas areas when availability allows.
The best starting point is a short note about what should get easier: missed follow-up, unclear intake, too many repeated replies, scattered customer questions, or a website that does not explain the work clearly enough.
How to evaluate us
A good Bootstraps project should leave the business with a clearer path, not a mystery system. You should know what was built, what it handles, what it does not handle, and where human review still belongs.
We avoid unsupported claims, fake urgency, and overbuilt automation. The work should be useful enough to keep, plain enough to understand, and respectful of the people who already know the business best.
